Hello world! (My first post)

Hey everyone, and welcome to my brand-new blog at blog.elliottprogrammer.com!

I’m Bryan Elliott (aka elliottprogrammer), a frontend leaning full-stack engineer who’s been building on the web for over a decade, and I’m still just as curious and excited about code as when I first started. I love tinkering with JavaScript, React, design systems, fun experiments (like particle animations), and just about anything that makes the web feel alive.

This blog is my little corner of the internet where I’ll share what I’m learning, what I’m building, and the cool things I come across that I think other developers will find useful. I’m always picking up new tricks, solving problems, or exploring tools, and rather than keeping all that locked away in my head, I want to start sharing it here.

What to Expect

  • Posts about JavaScript, React, and frontend engineering
  • Deep dives into side projects and experiments (like imageAtomizer.js)
  • Tips, snippets, and ideas I wish I had found sooner
  • Honest notes from the journey of being a developer, from small wins to tricky bugs
  • Possibly I might sneak in my latest big fish I’ve caught while saltwater fishing here in Gulf Coast Florida where I live. (Because I also love fishing!) 😆🎣

My goal is to post regularly, ideally once a week, so if you’re into learning new things, experimenting with code, or just geeking out about web dev, I think you’ll feel right at home here.

Thanks for stopping by, and here’s to building, learning, and sharing together 🚀

— Bryan
